The interface KNX/IP SPICA KNX is a Tunneling device that allows to couple a Ethernet line with a bus KNX line, due to its fexibility, the device can be used as programming interface through the IP Network (even remotely*) and is able to manage up to four parallel connections which make it suitable as gateway for the supervision systems. Six LED show the exact status of the two connected lines; this helps to identify common problems of communication due to the load of the bus or retransmissions on both lines, also the status of the devices can be done through a dedicated web page (accessible using the device's IP address and the default port, eg. 192.168.0.9:8080/). This device is powered by auxiliary power 30Vdc. *= Require a specifc network level confguration (not dependent from the Spica KNX device).
